Refund & CancellationPolicy

Including Rapid Response Rescue Training, The Spotted Lotus, and Callahan Behavioral Forensics)​

1. General Policy Overview

The Callahan Group, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) strives to provide high-quality training, wellness services, and consulting. Because our programs require advanced scheduling, resource allocation, and limited enrollment capacity, the following refund and cancellation guidelines apply to all purchases.

2. Training Courses & Certifications (RRR Training)

Cancellations by Participant

  • More than 30 days before the course:
    Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, or free transfer to a future course of equal value (one time only).

  • 14–30 days before the course:
    50% refund, or transfer to a future course with a $50 rescheduling fee.

  • Less than 14 days before the course:
    No refund.
    Transfers allowed only for documented emergencies at the discretion of the Company.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend a scheduled course are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Cancellations by The Callahan Group

If we cancel or reschedule a course:

  • Participants may choose a full refund or a complimentary transfer to a future course.

  • The Company is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other associated expenses.

3. Wellness Services (The Spotted Lotus)

Yoga, Wellness Coaching, Workshops

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance:
    Full refund or credit toward another session.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours:
    No refund. Credit may be issued for documented emergencies.

  • No-shows:
    Non-refundable.

4. Consulting & Professional Services (Callahan Behavioral Forensics)

Retainers and Project Fees

  • Consultation retainers are non-refundable once services have begun.

  • If work has not yet started, refund eligibility will be assessed case-by-case based on administrative time expended.

Hourly Services

  • Scheduled sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% charge.

  • No-shows = 100% charge.

5. Digital Products, Online Courses & Downloadable Content

All digital products, templates, course materials, or downloads are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided at purchase.

 

6. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur, especially for first responders, military members, and healthcare professionals.
We may, at our discretion, offer:

  • Partial refunds

  • Credits

  • Transfers to future courses

Documentation may be requested.

7. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Include:

  • Full name

  • Course or service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for request

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

8. Agreement to Policy

By registering for any course, service, or product through The Callahan Group, LLC or its subsidiaries, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
