The Spotted Lotus was born from Zac Callahan’s personal journey of healing from PTSD through surfing, yoga, and meditation. What began as a path toward recovery and balance evolved into a mission to help others find peace and resilience through mindful movement and connection.Rooted in compassion and self-discovery, The Spotted Lotus blends the calming rhythm of the ocean with the grounding practices of yoga and meditation—creating a space where body, mind, and spirit can heal together.

Private Group Yoga & Wellness Sessions

At The Spotted Lotus, all sessions are offered exclusively for private groups, creating a personalized and supportive environment for shared wellness. Whether you’re a team, family, or group of friends, each session is customized to your collective goals—whether that’s stress relief, connection, recovery, or relaxation.

 

Drawing from Zac Callahan’s personal journey of healing from PTSD through surfing, yoga, and meditation, these sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding techniques to promote balance and inner calm.

 

Classes can be held in your space, outdoors, or at a designated location throughout the Charleston area.
